Our company goal is to provide convenient on-line shopping, quality merchandise, great prices, unsurpassed customer service and all orders are usually shipped in less than 12 hours! All of us at Expressivetoys.com want you to enjoy your new merchandise. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact the Customer Service Department.

Unless a product is out of stock, merchandise is usually shipped in 12-24 hours! There are a few items due to weight that must ship via UPS (item description will be noted). These are usually large/heavy items.

Merchandise is shipped by UPS for exact charge or by USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail charges are $6 + 10% of merchandise subtotal.

Order placed before 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed before 11:00am EST on Saturday will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after those times or in the evening will usually ship the following morning. All orders placed on Sunday will ship out on Monday. We can not be held responsible for packages once they are mailed. You can contact us for additional insurance if you'd like. Insurance costs are $1.70 (up to $50), $2.70 ($50.01 to $100), for amounts over $100 ($2.70 plus $1.00 for every additional $100). We will be happy to track your package for you, but can not be held responsible for packages that are left on a doorstep, etc.

Request for returns must be addressed to our Customer Service Department by E-mail at Info@Expressivetoys.com before returning the item(s). We will accept returns only in case of a manufacturer's defect or as long as the original packaging has not been opened or damaged in anyway. Your account will be credited for the merchandise amount and applicable sales tax minus original shipping charges, if the item(s) are returned unused, in new condition and in the original packaging or if they come damaged from the manufacturer. If an item is returned that qualified for free shipping, you will receive a credit of merchandise amount minus exactly what we were charged for shipping the item. Items must be returned within 30 days to receive a credit. Whistles, blow on toys and instruments are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Items returned back to us that are damaged, dirty, show signs of use or that have been removed from the package are subject to a 20% restocking/damage fee, since they will no longer be able to be sold.
